A National but Connected Culture

employees across

While our work originated in Boston in 1996, we’ve worked across the U.S. as a virtual organization for more than 15 years so — so we’ve had a lot of practice building a connected culture.

We know that genuine relationship-building doesn’t stop after onboarding. Opportunities to get to know staff from across the organization are ongoing and key to both joy and productivity.

We provide a $500 stipend to build your home office, access to co-working spaces in Boston, the Bay Area and New York, and other support, so you can create the virtual experience that works for you.
