Submission Deadline: Gravity Project SDoH Data Elements
August 30, 2019
12:00 am EST
The Gravity Project — a national collaborative working to standardize medical coding for social risk data and interventions — seeks public submissions of data elements relevant to three determinants of health domains: food insecurity, housing instability and transportation access. These data concepts should represent social risk information documented as part of a screening, diagnosis, planning or treatment activities.
Gravity will use this information to develop a comprehensive list of data elements that the medical field needs to have coded, beginning with food insecurity. Submissions are being accepted through Friday, August 30.
