Program Design

Weekly one-on-one consultations support your staff through development of a program and training curriculum including:

Program Manager Training

A day-long training covers best practices and experiential learning techniques to ensure manager readiness. Participants practice and receive feedback as they facilitate elements of the program.

Staff Training

An onsite training session, co-led by Health Leads and the program manager, kicks off the program for the initial group of staff or volunteers.
