How & Where We Work

How do you work with all of those organizations?

Throughout our 20+ year history, we have always believed healthcare should be rooted in what communities need to be healthy – and that looks different depending on the makeup, challenges and assets of each area. We work at the intersection of healthcare organizations and communities to gain a deep understand of what people in any community need to be healthy, and bring key players together to co-design programs, measures and desired outcomes around those health needs. Then we take our learnings from those collaborations and share them broadly so that others can learn from that work.

In what states and communities do you work? Where are your offices located?

We work across the U.S. in rural, suburban and urban geographies, and we’re always interested to learn how we can help with health challenges in any area. Contact us to learn more about our work in your area.

Our national headquarters are located in Boston, Mass., but Health Leads staff and programs are spread across across the United States.
