Health Leads is a proud sponsor of this year’s Putting Care at the Center conference  hosted by the National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs. This interprofessional conference is an opportunity for innovators and advocates to connect and learn how the events of 2020 – from COVID-19 to the uprisings for racial justice – will affects the lives of people with complex health and social needs and the delivery of complex care.
